It is with great pleasure to meet five candidates of Mutya ng Pilipinas, Inc. of Southern California. The organization is the original and foremost pageantry in Philippines and Asia participated by delegates from Filipino communities all over the globe.
On April 22, 2018, a press conference took place at the L'aura Wellness Clinic, Cerritos, CA to meet and greet the five candidates, organizers, sponsors. and supporters of the organization. Cheers to the prime movers, Camille Agbayani, and Venus Macias Marin to make this event happen, and Dr. Susan Lim who made this introduction to partake in the support of beauty tourism.
MPI's mission is beauty tourism which has made the organization a cut above other beauty pageants. It is dedicated to assist in promoting the major core of tourism, social responsibility, fashion, and beauty pageantry. It strengthens the best about the Philippines and the significance of being a “Filipina with a social responsibility.”
On Saturday, May 19, 2018, the Mutya candidates will be interviewed during the 1st Filipino Festival in Long Beach, CA. The actual pageant will be on July 1, 2018 at the Long Beach Marriott.
